The person hired into this position will be working on troubleshooting enterprise applications and communicating directly with customers regarding problem resolution via email. They will be reporting into a project manager.
- B.E/B.Tech or higher education
- 1-2 yrs of industry experience required.
- Prior Technical Support or troubleshooting experience is a must.
- Core requirements include knowledge in technologies such as XML, FTP, HTTP and experience in using tools like bug database and salesforce.com.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
